What to Bring

General Information

• We recommend departing by 6.30 AM to avoid the morning rush. If you require a different start time, please specify at the time of booking.
• The Glowworm Cave is not accessible for access visitors with mobility needs such as wheelchairs. The cave has steps throughout which need to be negotiated as well as steps from the boat jetty back to the visitor centre.
• Let us know if you would like to do other activities not listed above. We may be able to arrange them at additional cost to you.
• If you prefer more time in Rotorua, you might like to consider an overnight tour option. Please CONTACT US.
• It is possible to drop-off in other locations such as Rotorua or Taupo; please just ask!
